Helleborus niger 'Snowbells'

  • Also called Christmas rose.
  • Semi-double, pure white flowers with yellow centres in late winter to spring.
  • Semi-evergreen, palmate foliage.
  • Beautiful, very special addition to the shade garden; among the earliest blooming perennials.
  • Deer resistant.

Fertile, moist, well-drained soil. Shade to sun.

Height: 25-30cm (10-12 in.), Spread: 30-35cm (12-14 in.)
