Shipping policy

Gift cards can be mailed out nationwide via Canada Post at a cost of $1.90 plus GST. Simply select the option at checkout and ensure the shipping address is correct. If you wish to include a message with your gift card, you can add it in an order note from your shopping cart. Please note that Canada Post Lettermail is not trackable and delivery times may vary. If you do not receive your order within 7 business days of receiving your 'order has been shipped' email, please contact us.

Fresh greens wreaths, swags, garlands, drop-ins/porch planters, and centerpieces - local delivery is available at a flat rate of $35 plus GST per delivery address. If you are ordering for multiple deliveries, you will need to place separate orders for each delivery. Local delivery includes Edmonton, St. Albert, Sherwood Park, and Fort Saskatchewan. Please ensure your shipping address is within this area. Orders placed for delivery outside of our delivery radius may be canceled. We will contact you via phone to confirm the delivery date once your order is ready.

Please note, fresh greens pre-orders will not be delivered until we have received the product in our store and assembled your order. After we have confirmed the delivery date with you, you'll receive a 'shipping confirmation' email when your order leaves our store.

Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days. 

At this time, we do not offer shipping online for Christmas trees. Please call us at 780-467-7557 to inquire about shipping options for these items.

We do not ship live plant material and we do not sell plants online.

In-store pickup is always available - just select the pickup option at checkout. Orders are usually ready for pickup within 48 hours; you will receive an email notification when your order is ready. Please note that the initial order confirmation does not mean your order is ready for pickup, just that we have received and are processing your order.
