Unfortunately, no. Gift cards can only be used for in-store purchases.
If you enter the same phone number associated with your account at checkout, you will receive your discount on applicable items when your credit card is charged during order fulfillment. Please note that your discount will only appear on your final invoice, and will not be shown at checkout or on your order confirmation.
We hope to add full integration with our membership program in a future update!
Not necessarily - when we only have a few units of a particular item left in our retail store, the item will show sold out online, but may still be available in-store! Please call (780) 467-7557 for current in-store availability.
Usually, orders are ready for pickup within 48 hours. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready. Please do not come out to pick up your order until you receive the ready for pickup email (the first email is just an order confirmation; you will receive a second email when your order is ready).
Please follow the instructions in your ready for pickup notification email. When you arrive, have the email and your order number ready.

At this time, we are only shipping within the province of Alberta.
Unfortunately, we do not ship live plant material (including potted and bareroot plants/bulbs) at this time. Plants ordered online can be picked up in-store from our location in Sherwood Park.
