How does it work?
Shopping online with Greenland is easy! See the process outlined below:
1. Add items to your cart
You can view your cart by clicking on the icon at the top of the page.
2. Check out
When you're finished shopping, you can check out from your cart. Choose whether you'd like to pick up your order or have it shipped. Once you have completed check out, your credit card will be pre-authorized, not charged.
3. Order processing
It will take up to 48 hours for us to process your order (orders should be shipped within 2 business days). You will receive an email order confirmation. In the meantime, we will pick and package your order.
4. Payment processing
Once your order is ready for pickup or shipping, your credit card will be charged and you will receive an email notification.
5a. Order pickup
If you're picking your order up, come to the store during opening hours and have your ready for pickup email ready.
5b. Shipping
If you chose to have your order shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email. If your shipping method includes tracking, you will receive tracking information as well.
