Paeonia 'Julia Rose'

• Itoh peonies are created by crossing herbaceous (regular garden) peonies with tree peonies; the result is larger flowers on stronger stems that don't attract ants, on plants that are reliably hardy.
• Large, semi-double flowers in early summer, opening copper-red and fading to orange-yellow.
• Dense, bushy habit; an incredible cut flower.
• Does not require support.

Fertile, moist, well-drained soil. Sun to light shade.
