Trillium sessile

  • Tri-petalled burgundy-red flowers in late spring to early summer.
  • Stems are topped with three attractively mottled leaves and slowly form clumps.
  • An unusual specimen for a woodland garden.

Fertile, loose, moist, well-drained soil. Shade.

Ht. 20-30cm (8-12 in.) Sp. 20-40cm (8-16 in.)
