Epimedium x rubrum

  • Sprays of numerous tiny, hat-shaped, red and white flowers in spring.
  • Elegant foliage emerges with a red blush, maturing to green, then regaining the red colouration in fall.
  • Unique and undervalued; one of the few plants that thrives in dry shade.

Average to fertile, well-drained soil; drought tolerant once established. Shade.
