Phlox subulata 'Eye Shadow'

  • Masses of fragrant, lilac-purple flowers with darker eye in late spring to early summer.
  • Forms a mat of needle-like, evergreen foliage.
  • Choice groundcover or rock garden plant.
  • Attracts pollinators.

Average to sandy, well-drained soil; drought tolerant once established. Sun.

Ht. 10-15cm (4-6 in.) Sp. 45-50cm (18-20 in.)
