Cypripedium parviflorum var. pubescens

  • Slipper shaped, yellow flowers with brownish-red streaked tepals in late spring to early summer.
  • Clump-forming.
  • Native orchid; rare and unusual.

Fertile, loose, moist, well-drained soil. Pt. shade; avoid hot afternoon sun.

Ht. 25-40cm (10-16 in.) Sp. 30-45cm (12-18 in.)
